Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Business Entity

Services on this website are provided by Aqualine Racing Development Corporation, a Delaware C-Corporation.

References to "Company," "we," "our," or "us" in these terms refer solely to Aqualine Racing Development Corporation.

Services

We provide motorsports programs and racing development services, including but not limited to:

  • Arrive-and-drive track day programs
  • Driver development and on-track coaching
  • Race car rental and preparation
  • Race weekend and championship campaign support
  • Trackside crew, logistics, and technical support
  • Motorsports sponsorship and marketing partnerships

Assumption of Risk

Motorsports activities are inherently dangerous. Participation in track driving, racing, and related activities carries a risk of serious injury, permanent disability, and death, as well as damage to property. These risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken.

Before participating in any on-track activity, every participant must execute a separate written release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk agreement, along with any release required by the circuit, sanctioning body, or event organizer. Those signed agreements govern participation and take precedence over these Terms with respect to on-track activity.

Participants must meet all applicable licensing, medical, safety-equipment, and experience requirements for the event in question. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation at any time, at our sole discretion, on safety grounds.

Bookings and Scheduling

Scheduling

Programs are scheduled in advance through this website, by phone, or by email. Program dates are subject to circuit availability, sanctioning-body calendars, and confirmation by us.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your individual program agreement
  • Deposits reserve equipment, crew, and circuit entries and may be non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, track conditions, mechanical issues, event cancellation, or other circumstances beyond our control

Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Published prices are starting points; final pricing depends on program scope, event, duration, and equipment, and is confirmed in your program agreement before the program begins.

  • A deposit is required to reserve a program date
  • Balance is due in accordance with your program agreement
  • We accept credit cards and electronic payments

Equipment and Damage

Race cars, safety equipment, and support equipment remain our property. Responsibility for damage to rented or provided equipment is set out in your program agreement and any applicable damage waiver.

Participants must disclose relevant driving and racing experience accurately. Misrepresentation of experience is grounds for immediate termination of a program without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqualine Racing Development Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program in question.

Nothing in this section limits or supersedes the separate release and waiver agreements described under "Assumption of Risk" above.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aqualine Racing Development Corporation and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Photography and Marketing

We may photograph and record video of programs, participants, and vehicles for quality control, coaching, and marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to our use of that media on this website, on social media, and in marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us before your program begins.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
